About Me

My name is Taieshia Tindall

Born in Texas and raised in Michigan, I have been involved in music my entire life and have had the opportunity to travel internationally through musical experiences. I am a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) with four years of professional experience. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy with a minor in Business Management from Western Michigan University and completed my six-month internship at Seasons Hospice.

I later served as a full-time music therapist at the Flint Institute of Music, providing community-based services in schools, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, behavioral health settings, the county jail, and individual sessions. Currently, I work with individuals experiencing traumatic brain injuries, and I continue to be inspired by the growth, resilience, and impact of music therapy in each setting. I am grateful for all I have learned on this journey and look forward to what is still to come!
